CCTV appeal following incident on Cannock bus

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after lewd comments were made by a passenger while on a bus in Cannock.

They say the incident took place at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 17 July on an Arriva bus, travelling on route one from Cannock Bus Station to Bridgtown.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who was on the bus and may have witnessed the incident itself or saw anyone acting suspiciously.

They are also keen to speak to the man in the CCTV still or anyone who recognises him.

He is described as white, medium build, 50-60 years old, with short grey hair and a moustache. He was wearing glasses, an orange t-shirt, dark blue jeans and a black jacket.

An investigation is on-going and anyone with any information is asked to contact Darren.Wilkes@staffordshire.pnn.police.uk quoting incident number 924 of 17 July.
