Man found dead in Fenton named

A man found dead in his home in Fenton has been named by police.

56-year-old Mark Timmis was found at the property on Maud Street on Sunday afternoon.

A 48-year-old man, who was arrested on suspicion of murder, has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

Police are continuing to appeal for information, and say it can be passed on by messaging Staffordshire Police on Facebook or Twitter quoting incident number 333 of 2 February, call 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
