Man suffers serious multiple injuries in Hanley fall

Police are appealing for information after a man was injured after falling from height in Hanley.

Emergency services were called to the incident on Birch Terrace around 3:10pm on Saturday (19 October).

West Midlands Ambulance Service sent 2 ambulances, a paramedic officer and the air ambulance from Cosford to the scene. 

On arrival, they found a man in his 20s with multiple serious injuries.

He was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital by land ambulance, accompanied by the doctor and critical care paramedic from the air ambulance. 

Staffordshire Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed, or has information on, the incident to call 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 incident 445 of 19/10.
