Stoke North MP Ruth Smeeth has resigned from Labour's front bench, in order to vote against a second referendum.
She's described it as a 'difficult decision' but says she has a duty to support the will of her constituents.

The amendment was rejected by MP's - along with another aimed at giving Parliament until next Wednesday to find a way forward.
Theresa May's now going to ask the other 27 EU countries if Brexit can be delayed.
