Teen in hospital after being stabbed

A teenager has been stabbed in Stoke-on-Trent.

Emergency services were called to Mallorie Road in Norton around 11pm last night (10 September), to reports a male had been stabbed.

Paramedics treated a 19-year-old man at the scene for serious stab wounds, before he was taken to hospital.

His condition is not life threatening.

A Staffordshire Police spokespersons said: "Detectives are keen to speak to anyone who has information or witnessed the incident.

"Were you in Mallorie Road or Barks Drive last night? Did you see or hear a disturbance? 

"Please contact Staffordshire Police on 101 referring to incident 773 of 10 September."
