Stoke City were held to a 0-0 draw at Blackburn Rovers.

Manager Michael O'Neill made just the one change going into the game.

Nathan Collins made his first league start since August replacing James Chester who dropped to the bench.

It was a game of few goal scoring chances throughout.

The Potters are 20th in the table, just a point above the relegation zone.

There were wins last night for Wigan and Barnsley two teams below them.

Stoke face a six-pointer away to bottom club Luton Town on Saturday who are just five points behind.
