Vale owners say there's plenty of work still to be done

The owners of Port Vale say the first six months have been like a 'whirlwind.'

Carol and Kevin Shanahan took over the reigns from Norman Smurthwaite in May.

They say how much has changed especially behind the scene.

All the Executive Boxes have sold out and the club are now looking at opening another suite to cater for around 150 people on a matchday.

On the pitch, the Vale are up to 10th, just two points off the play-off places.
