Stoke City's latest new kid on the block says he was delighted with his debut on Saturday.
The 19-year-old Belgium born winger Thibaud Verlinden was named man of the match in the 0-0 draw with Reading.
He almost set up a goal in the first half when his cross from the left was headed against the bar by Sam Vokes.
In the second half, the youngster headed wide from a teasing James McClean cross.
Verlinden was one of three changes for the game with Sam Vokes and Peter Etebo returning to the side following injury.
